CDP Training & Development Ltd. was formed by owner Chris Williams 20 years ago to offer value for money, professional training and qualifications, as a small business we are able to offer the same level of qualifications as larger organisations at a fraction of the cost with the benefit of direct contact with the owners who are also trainers - when you call we will always know who you are and how to help you .... a growing number of national companies work with us preferring this level of flexibility and service. CDP are a nationally accredited teacher / trainer qualification centre, many individuals, company training teams, even other training providers have gained their national training qualifications with us.

Chris Williams owner and trainer has 30 years experience working within the plant and hire industry including management, sales and training roles before forming CDP in 1995. ...A qualified Health and Safety practitioner and Life long learning trainer to OfQual / QCF standards he also works with industry  training groups promoting training skills and qualifications.

All Training can be enjoyable and relevant  even heath and safety training!... if everyone is encouraged to share their opinions and get involved in the sessions.
