Terms and conditions for training delivery.

Booking procedure.
You can book by calling 01902 336242 or e-mail info @cdptraining.co.uk There is also a facility on the web site www.cdptraining.co.uk under contact us to submit requests for further information. Once we have processed your booking, we will send you a confirmation email with an invoice.

 

Payment.
Payment must be received within 21 days of the invoice date or in advance of the training course whichever is sooner. Payment can be made by: cheque, cash, or BACS [subject to account  set up and status]

 

Fee Guidance.
All courses  are subject to VAT at 20%. Course fees include all relevant course materials, some courses have additional support material  or registration costs to be advised. Travel and overnight expenses may apply and will be agreed on quotation / booking.

 

Cancelling your course / place.
If you notify CDP in writing or via email up to 14 working days before the start date of the course, you will receive a full refund less an administration fee of 20% (plus VAT). If you withdraw for whatever reason within the 14 working day period, the full fee will remain payable if you are unable to nominate a suitable substitute attendee.

 

Non-attendance / completion.
A failure to attend or complete the course on which you are booked without giving  prior notice [14 working days] to CDP the course fees will remain payable in full.

 

Cancellation by CDP.
Where circumstances dictate, CDP  reserves the right to alter published programmes, trainers, fees or venues without prior notice. In the unlikely event of a course being cancelled, a refund any course fees will be made but no compensation or consequential loss will be paid for any additional costs incurred. [See also venues for exception].

 

Special requirements.
CDP will make every effort to accommodate special requirements on request, all courses unless indicated will be conducted in English

With assessment material / exams in English basic verbal,reading, and writing skills are required of all candidates.

 

Joining Instructions.
Joining instructions including an outline of the day, venue details, map and local hotel details will be issued approximately two weeks prior to the course. If you have not received your joining instructions three days prior to the training course, please call 01902 336242 CDP will not be held liable for non-receipt of joining instructions and refunds will not be issued under such circumstances.

 

Venues.
Details of the specific venue used will be sent in the joining instructions for all courses. Where training is conducted at customer venues

A safe  and suitable environment / equipment must be provided according to current heath, safety and welfare regulations CDP reserve the right to cancel or suspend courses change venue dates and timings or cancel courses on health and safety grounds at the discretion of the course trainer.  

 

Candidates.

Candidates or their employers must ensure that the minimum requirements are met to enable participation of courses ask for advice if unsure. Candidates may be asked to produce current photo Identification on the day of training for certain Ofqual accredited courses any candidate without identification may be excludes from courses. Candidates are to abide by CDP candidate / trainer policy.

 

Dress code.
There is no set dress code; however, most wear smart casual clothing. Personal protective equipment [PPE] may be needed for practical sessions [notified in joining instructions].

 

Liability.
CDP does not accept responsibility or liability for the actions or ommittions of any person as a result of information, instruction or views expressed on its training courses or included in course material. Opinions expressed are those of individuals and not necessarily those of CDP. Candidates or their employers must take professional advice when conducting work with specific risks and monitor competence and conditions on an on going basis.
